Everything you need to know before ordering your set — shipping, payment, etc.
Shipping Information+
Every set is made to order and ships within 1–4 weeks of your payment being confirmed, by UPS or USPS, plus the carrier's transit time. We ship within the United States only. A flat rate of $15 shipping applies to every order.

Star Blossom Studio is a sole proprietorship based in Virginia and provides detailed custom press-on nails at good quality. Contact: justena.squire@starblossom.org
Application Kits+
Included free of charge into every order. Comes with alcohol prep pads, a cuticle stick, and a mini filer. Glue not included.
Can I send inspiration photos?+
Yes! the order page lets you upload reference images along with your written design details.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Checkout is handled securely by Square. Supported payment methods: Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay.
What comes with my set?+
Every set ships with an application kit — a nail file, a cuticle pusher and an alcohol pad to clean the nail surface before you apply. Nail glue is not included — you'll need your own nail adhesive or adhesive tabs, which you can pick up at any drugstore or beauty supply. Follow the instructions on whichever adhesive you choose.
How do I find my size?+
On the order page you can either enter your sizes (0–11 for each nail) or choose “Email me to measure” and I'll email you after you order to get your sizes before I start. To measure, put clear tape across the widest part of each nail, mark the edges, measure the width in mm and match it to the size chart in the “How to measure” guide. Sizes vary slightly by shape. Do you accept returns?+
Because every set is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind or a size, shape or length you picked. If your set arrives damaged or defective, isn't what you ordered, or never arrives, email me within 14 days of delivery and I'll remake it, replace it or refund you in full. You can cancel for a full refund before I start making your set. See the Terms & Policies page for the full refund policy.
